Intermediate Writer
You don’t think of ideas. Ideas think of you. Last year, you successfully rebranded syphilis. (The client said no.) You’ve got a few years of agency experience under your belt but you’re ready for more creative freedom and playing a larger part. You bring energy, curiosity, and sharp thinking wherever you go. You can be ha-ha, LOL funny. And you can laugh at yourself, too.

You’re old school in two ways: You can write a headline, and you care so, SO much about your work.

Your best work makes other people jealous in the right way. You’re curious about the world. You have interests outside of work and devour culture of all kinds. You’re a good person with empathy and the capacity to actually like your fellow AndSo people.

The right person:

• Self starts
• Juggles multiple projects and priorities at the same time
• Has the self-confidence to collaborate with others
• Is an excellent communicator
• Stays organized
• Is optimistic, comfortable to be their true self at work, and transparent

Here’s what you’ll be doing with AndSo:

• Thinking of ultra original concepts
• Writing headlines that kill, though we’d settle for headlines that put us in the fetal position sucking our thumb.
• Long-ish form writing (up to 500 words)
• Guiding your work through production
• Working with a diverse group of legit nice people
• Honestly critiquing others’ work, but nicely
• Enjoying a hybrid work environment
• Earning $75k - $90k per year
• Milking a cellphone allowance and visiting the dentist, eye doctor, or massage therapist with our health spending account
